On February 27th, at the first Sino-Indian Software Industry Cooperation
Summit in Beijing, Ding Xiangyang, director of the Beijing Municipal
Commission of Development and Reform, announced that relevant ministries
and commissions under the State Council of China had already approved the
establishment of the national software export base in Beijing.
