Great Wall Stamp issued

The State Post Bureau will issue the Great Wall Stamp, a type of special
stamp with personalized service, on Apr. 1st. This is the first stamp
with personalized services issued in 2005. It still uses the quadrangle
form of previous special stamps. The bureau will issue right attached
stamps (25mm* 30mm) and bottom attached stamps (30mm*25mm).
