Local revenue stamps

On April 5th, the first set of local revenue stamps in the New China,
"Beijing Hutong, one of the Beijing Revenue Stamps," was put on sale in
local taxation bureaus. Issued by the Beijing Municipal Local Taxation
Bureau and printed by the Postage Stamp Bureau of State Postal Bureau,
this set of revenue stamps has high collector desirability and nine par
