NEW YORK, NY - Paris Hilton may sport one of the bigger shoe sizes in
Hollywood (she’s a ladies 11), but that hasn't stopped the heiress from
signing her name to a new line of footwear.
Access Hollywood has learned that the heiress has just inked a licensing
agreement with the Antebi Footwear Group to launch a line under her name.
"My goal is to create a stylish and fun fashion line from head to toe,"
Hilton said in a statement.
Hilton is known for partying in a collection of high-end heels and her
line will offer her own versions of stilettos, platforms, wedges and
flats. She is also planning a collection of sport shoes, which appear to
relate to a new clothing line she is putting out, aimed at the
athletic-minded.
"We chose to partner with the Antebi Footwear Group because the shoes
will be a perfect complement to the sportswear line launching this
Fall,” Hilton's statement read.
Hilton's shoe collection is expected to hit stores early next year.
Jessica Simpson is another Hollywood celebrity who launched a line of
shoes. Her popular brand of footwear, which include heels, are sold in
department stores including Macy's.
